Shipping Policy

You’ll receive a notification via email with a tracking code once the package is packed and ready to ship. Please allows a few days for the tracking code to be activated. We ship worldwide from Malaysia.

Taxes

VAT taxes are not included in the prices for our products. The shipping costs do not include local VAT or import duties. If applicable, VAT taxes may vary depending on where you live in the world. If your country requires VAT or import duties, you will be asked to pay them upon import.

This option is only available for orders containing sticker sheets or flat items totaling fewer than 6. Orders that don't qualify may be subject to cancellation. Please note that this shipping option does not include tracking, and we will not be responsible for any missing mail. Kindly choose this option at your own risk! Regarding Cancellation and Refund

There will be NO CANCELLATION or REFUND once order placed. Please be considerate before you placed an order. Please understand that as an individual small bussiness, we couldn't bear more extra transaction fees on the refund and cancellation.

Damage and Issues

Please keep in mind that most of my products are purely handmade and produced with very much care in a home studio, although I always do my best to make sure everything is in the best condition before I put them up to shop, but there's still a chances to have tiny imperfections on them. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you've receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
